Suppliers and Audit Compliance Specialist


Do you have experience in internal and external regulatory audits? Do you have 5 or more years' experience building on your knowledge of GxP guidelines and regulations within Quality, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering or an Operations Organisation? Procurement People are excited to be working with an established Facilities Management Company to identify a Suppliers and Audit Compliance Specialist. The successful candidate will plan, schedule, perform and report vendor and internal audits as well as serving as a Quality Assurance resource to support compliance related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- To lead or assist with audits of the company, subcontractor operations and documentation to ensure compliance with customer identified regulatory requirements, policies/procedures, and contractual requirements.

-To document and report audit observations to Quality Management.

-Responsible for compliance activities and documentation such as compiling and analysing data, creating reports, creating/reviewing change requests, reviewing executed documentation.

-Coordinate implementation of process/work flow tasks for both the company and the customer.

-Assist with and review incidence investigation/complaint with supplier and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.

-Support compliance team in implementation of business requirements around GxP needs.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications Needed:

-Bachelor's Degree in basic or applied science (preferably with a pharmaceutical and healthcare emphasis), or equivalent related work experience.

-5+ years working in Quality, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering or an operations organisation .

-Must have demonstrated experience in a safe, team-based, high performance, quality-driven environment.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with management and employees at all levels.

-Experience in review and audit regulated documentation including expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel and RCA Tools.

-Full UK driving license along with the willingness to travel to support multi-site operations and audits.

In return, the successful Suppliers and Audit Compliance Specialist will be rewarded with a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn overtime as well flexible benefits such as reduced gym memberships and retail discounts!
