Procurement People, a brand renowned for their expertise within the procurement recruitment market servicing clients ranging from SME's to blue chip companies over the last 11 years are expanding. To reach the next height they are seeking a Business Development Consultant working from the Birmingham office.

We're seeking a procurement specialist that would like to enter the recruitment sector utilising their existing skills and knowledge in a new challenge. Professional intelligence is imperative to the brand as one of our values, this role will give you the opportunity to work in a meritocratic environment whilst allowing you to leverage a network and knowledge you have within Procurement.

Solely focused on business development, networking and expanding accounts you will spend the majority of your time meeting with key stakeholders discussing their recruitment needs and ultimately the service that Procurement People are exceptional in providing. You'll benefit from our existing network and work alongside an experienced business development consultant. You will provide the delivery team with both permanent and contract opportunities that you have generated from clients for mid-senior level talent requirements.

Supported by a dedicated delivery team and working in a collaborative environment, you can focus on what you do best – of course that being new client engagement! As part of this role you will receive full training from our experienced team to develop your skill set within recruitment.
