The Role
Join a thriving secondary school as one of four Academic Coaches, supporting pupils in English, Maths or Science. You’ll deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, help students grasp key concepts, and support lesson delivery alongside experienced teachers. You’ll play a key role in raising attainment and building pupils’ confidence across KS3 and KS4.
 
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a degree in a relevant subject, strong academic background, and a clear passion for your specialism. You’re confident, enthusiastic, and able to explain content clearly to secondary-aged students. Whether you're considering teacher training or looking to build school-based experience, this is the ideal platform.
