The Role
As a KS2 Academic Coach, you’ll work closely with the Year 4 team to support pupils who need extra help. You’ll lead small group interventions in core subjects, provide 1:1 support, and help pupils stay focused and motivated. You’ll also assist with lesson preparation and help track pupil progress throughout the academic year.
 
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a strong academic background and a natural ability to connect with children. You’re patient, enthusiastic, and ready to support learners of all abilities. Whether you're heading towards teaching, educational psychology, or a career in child development, this role will give you the real classroom experience you need.
