With a proven track record of success in both agency and RPO environments, he brings strategic insight and hands-on expertise to the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and stakeholder engagement to employer branding and team leadership.
His career spans high-impact roles with renowned clients where he’s managed large-scale Recruitment campaigns and led high-performing teams. Recognised for his technical resourcing skills, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking, Garry joined Procurement People in mid-2025.
Specialising in Finance and Procurement recruitment, he has built a deep understanding of the market, enabling him to provide consultative support to both clients and candidates.
