Services Engineer

Vox are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our well-established client. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take on a varied role involving installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems across both residential and commercial sites.
As part of our dedicated engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems including Splits, Multi-splits, VRVs, and FCUs
• Operating across a mix of domestic and commercial environments
• Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service standards

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 15 years of hands-on industry experience
• A strong working knowledge of air conditioning systems, from installation to servicing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• A proactive, adaptable, and trustworthy approach to work

Essential Requirements

• Reside within 15 miles from Dartford
• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Qualifications – Preferred

• Technical Certifications: F-Gas, Safe Handling, City & Guilds, Electrical
• Health & Safety Certifications: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or equivalent

What We Offer

• Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time, permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime: Evening and weekend overtime available
