Site Supervisor – Internal Planned Works
Location: Sussex
Salary: £46,000 + standard operative benefits

We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead internal planned works projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and take ownership of on-site supervision, safety, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure work is delivered safely and on time
• Manage day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and resources
• Enforce site safety and quality control
• Coordinate material deliveries and keep accurate site records
• Lead safety meetings, resolve site issues, and report to senior management

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in internal planned works and team management
• SMSTS & NVQ Level 2 in relevant trade
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and construction software
• Full UK Driving Licence

This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who thrives on teamwork, quality workmanship, and efficient site operations.
