Are you an experienced and committed Adult Social Worker ready to make a real difference on the frontline? We’re recruiting for a Qualified Adults Social Worker to join a busy and supportive Frontline Community Team in Merseyside.
This is a vital role delivering essential safeguarding and assessment work to vulnerable adults, with a focus on Care Act assessments, reviews, mental capacity work, and creating person-centred support plans that empower individuals to live safely and independently.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Carry out Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning
Complete safeguarding enquiries and mental capacity assessments
Develop person-centred care plans that promote independence and dignity
Work closely with individuals, families, and partner agencies
Manage a varied caseload while ensuring statutory responsibilities are met
Contribute to safe and effective frontline service delivery

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
4+ years' post-qualified experience, ideally in adult services
Strong understanding of the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding legislation
Excellent assessment, report-writing, and communication skills
Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams
A confident, flexible, and proactive approach to frontline practice
