Are you an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful difference in adults' lives? We’re seeking a dynamic OT to join a fast-paced, high-performing Adults, Health & Integration service in Merseyside. You’ll work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering life-changing interventions through assessments for complex equipment, major adaptations, and moving & handling risk evaluations. 🛠️ In This Role, You Will:

• 📝 Conduct strengths-based assessments in line with the Care Act 2014
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Work in partnership with adults and carers to ensure needs are understood and met
• 🏡 Recommend, demonstrate, and coordinate the provision of equipment and home adaptations
• 🤝 Collaborate with health professionals, voluntary organisations, and community resources
• 📋 Manage a varied and demanding caseload, balancing professional judgement with council policy
• 🎓 Take ownership of your professional development and CPD in line with Allied Health Professions Council standards

✅ What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring compassion, critical thinking, and a passion for practical problem-solving. You must have:

• 🎓 A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
• 🧾 HCPC registration and 2+ years post-qualification experience
• 🧠 Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, including disability rights and the Care Act
• 🛋️ Experience in major adaptations, moving and handling, or complex needs (including paediatrics)
• 🚗 A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential car user allowance payable)
• 🤝 Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
• 🏡 Confidence conducting home visits and assessing environmental risks
