What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Speaking with customers daily and delivering outstanding service
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital enquiries
  • Solving problems, answering questions, and making customers’ day better
  • Keeping customer records up to date and accurate
  • Learning new systems, skills, and processes as you grow
What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience within Customer Support, a Customer Support Centre or an Operations Centre
  • A positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Confidence talking to people on the phone
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Team players who bring energy and enthusiasm
