Job Opportunity: Social Worker (Adult Services, 5-Week Contract)

Role: Social Worker (Adult Services)
Location: RCT (with flexible work-from-home options)
Contract Duration: 25/08/2025 – 30/09/2025
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30)
Salary: £29.12-£38.43 per hour 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support adults (18+) with complex and long-term care needs, including physical and mental health requirements.
• Manage a complex caseload, working towards positive personal outcomes.
• Collaborate with individuals and teams to deliver person-centered care in the community.
• Attend the Offices at least once per week, with flexible remote working options.

Requirements:

• Must be registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
• Willing and able to travel to RCT for face-to-face work.
• Proven experience in adult social care services.
• Strong values and a commitment to high-quality, person-centered support.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads effectively.
