Long Term Support Team - Advanced Practitioner
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in the Southeast
This is to work in a Long-Term Support Team as an Advanced Practitioner.
 
Ideal locations for this role include Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, and there is plenty of hybrid working available.
