The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll provide tailored support across the classroom—working 1:1 with pupils who need extra help and leading small group interventions in core subjects like English and maths. You’ll assist with lesson delivery, help manage behaviour, and contribute to a calm, purposeful learning environment.
 
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a real interest in working with children. Whether you’re considering teacher training, educational psychology, or youth work, this role offers the practical experience and insight you’ll need. Any experience working with children or young people is a plus.
