HGV 1 Driver

Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers – Ongoing Work

 Location: Stoke on Trent
 
 Pay Rate: £17.18 per hour

Shifts: Preferably early mornings, but all shifts available
 
We are recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for ongoing temporary work with a leading logistics provider. This role offers long shifts, variety in work, and full training on site.
 
The Role:

• Store deliveries to various locations
• Operating double-decker trucks
• Handling pump trucks, totes, cages, and pallets
• Occasional trunk runs
• Handball involved (some manual handling required)
• Early morning starts preferred, but flexibility on shifts available

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, IN offences)
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card
• Good communication skills and ability to follow delivery procedures
