SEMH Teacher – Alternative Provision – Solihull – September 2025 Start
Are you a passionate SEMH Teacher who thrives in a nurturing, small-group setting? Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of young learners who need emotional and behavioural support to succeed? An Alternative Provision in Solihull is looking for a dedicated SEMH Teacher to teach a mixed Key Stage 2 class of no more than 10 children.

This role is ideal for a qualified teacher with experience in SEMH or similar settings, who can bring empathy, consistency, and creativity into the classroom. You will be working with a small, close-knit team in a school that prioritises relationships and personal development alongside academic progress. The children benefit from structured routines, strong boundaries, and a teacher who genuinely believes in their potential.

Job Role:
  • Teaching a mixed Key Stage 2 class of children with SEMH needs.
  • Creating and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
  • Supporting students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Working closely with a skilled support team and senior leaders.
