Assistant Occupational Therapist (Occupational Therapy Assistant)
Location: Enfield
Contract: Full Time – 35 hours per week
Rate: £27.71 per hour
Pertemps is currently recruiting an experienced Assistant Occupational Therapist to work with adults with physical and learning disabilities on behalf of a local authority in Enfield.

The Role:
You will support qualified Occupational Therapists by carrying out community-based assessments, contributing to care planning, and promoting independence for service users. The role is focused on adult social care within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake occupational therapy assessments in the community
• Support adults with physical and learning disabilities to maximise independence
• Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and wider multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records in line with local authority requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant within Social Care
• Experience working with adults with physical and/or learning disabilities
• Strong community-based assessment experience
• Ability to attend a face-to-face interview (essential)
