Pertemps is recruiting Personal Advisors to join a dynamic Leaving Care Team in North  London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of young people transitioning from care to independent adulthood.
🧭 About the Role: As a Personal Advisor, you will:

• Support care leavers aged 16–25 in line with their Pathway Plans
• Help young people access housing, education, employment, and health services
• Maintain regular contact and build trusting, supportive relationships
• Work closely with social workers and external agencies to deliver coordinated care
• Keep accurate and timely case records in line with statutory responsibilities

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience supporting care leavers or vulnerable young people
• Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Children (Leaving Care) Act
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• A current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
