FLT Driver / Team Leader

Team Leader – Warehouse Operations
📍 Pershore | Temp to Perm Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse team in Pershore. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and an FLT Counterbalance licence to secure a long-term role with the potential to go permanent.
Shift Options:

• Sunday to Thursday – 11:00 to 20:00 (£14.95/hr Sunday, £13.35/hr Mon–Thurs)
• Monday to Friday – 13:00 to 22:00 (occasional 15:00–00:00 shifts as required) – £15.25/hr

Key Requirements:

• FLT Counterbalance licence – mandatory
• Bendi licence – desirable
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Ability to manage and support a team to achieve daily targets
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and support a team of operatives to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Oversee stock movements, loading/unloading and dispatch processes
• Ensure H&S procedures are followed at all times
• Work closely with management to meet productivity and quality standards
