Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
Location: Evesham, WR11

Shifts Available: AM & PM

Pay Rate: £14.10 – £15.50/hr (depending on experience)

Overtime:

• 1.5x after 40 hours

• 2x on weekends and bank holidays

 Your Role 
As Production Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of up to 30 staff across shifts

• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

• Conduct team briefings, performance reviews, and training

• Troubleshoot machinery and support continuous improvement

 What We’re Looking For 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role

• Background in food production (mandatory)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Experience with any of the following machinery is a plus:

  • PFM Bagging Machine
  
  
  • MBP Multi-Head Weigher
