Job Description
We are supporting a well-established business in Aldershot in their search for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries & orders via phone & email
- Update customers on the status of their orders & notify them of any changes to delivery schedules
- Monitor & log customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up
- Accurately raise & process orders within the CRM system
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
What’s on Offer:
