Job Description
Location: Biggin Hill
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Act as a central point of contact between engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, technical records, and progress reports.
- Assist in planning, organising, and prioritising engineering tasks based on project requirements.
- Support engineering leads by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and technical procedures.
- Facilitate communication between operational teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the engineering department.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an engineering coordination, project support, or technical administration role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Ability to understand technical information and liaise confidently with engineers.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to workload and priorities.
