Key duties of a Tax Manager:
- Manage and oversee a broad portfolio of tax clients, ensuring a first-class service.
- Deliver accurate tax compliance work and support clients with technical queries and advisory needs.
- Review and quality-check work produced by junior colleagues, providing support and coaching.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships while assisting with wider business initiatives.
- Help drive improvements and contribute to the continued development of the tax function.
- Professionally qualified (CTA, ACA, ACCA) or possessing equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong technical grounding in personal tax, corporate tax, or both.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and producing high-standard work.
- Confident, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
