Parts Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a leading Engineering company based in Andover. This is a temp to perm position and can offer both full time and part time hours.

Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
- Primarily look after the stores department
- Maintaining stock levels
- Placing orders
- Selecting parts for the engineers and customer orders
- Preparing quotes
- General admin tasks supporting with paperwork
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate costs
- Contacting couriers
- Supporting various departments to ensure day to day business runs smoothly

Requirements as a Parts Advisor:
- Knowledge of Engineering is beneficial
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisation skills
- Must be available immediately
- SAP experience is beneficial

The role:
- Either working 3 or 5 days per week. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday.
- Paying between £13 - £13.75 per hour dependant on experience
- Temp to Perm position
