Pertemps Burton are currently recruiting for a Welder to join an exciting company based in Swadlincote. 

Welder Role: 
Monday to Friday
6am-3:30pm 
Pension scheme
Pay Rate - £14-15 per hour
Based in Swadlincote
Temp to Perm 
Free parking
Immediate site visits / start available

Welder Duties:

• Fabricate new metal components in accordance with product requirements 
• Repair metal components in order to restore full functionality and safety performance.
• Solve problems and develop innovative solutions to novel situations
• Maintain tools and equipment to a professional standard
• Coordinate workflow with other members of the team
• Execute particular welds in a professional manner, examine work pieces for defects
• Work independently or with a small team of other welders to complete large and complex projects. 

Welder Candidate: 
Has proven experience as a Production Welder.
Is proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
Can read and interpret technical drawings.
Has a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Is good with communication and teamwork skills.
Has basic Math and English skills
No formal qualifications are required; however applicants must have minimum 1 year experience in MIG welding.
