Job Title: TIG Welder

Hourly Rate: £14.00 – £16.50 (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our established manufacturing team based in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled welder to work on a variety of projects involving aluminium and steel fabrication, with competitive pay and an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• TIG welding of aluminium and mild/stainless steel components
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
• Carrying out checks and maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in TIG welding (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong ability to work with both aluminium and steel
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
• Own transport preferred due to location
