Key Skills:
 
  • Proactively generate and attract high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing strategies
  • Conduct engaging and structured telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability
  • Perform thorough candidate qualification to ensure alignment with role requirements and client expectations
  • Manage and respond to advert applications efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback
  • Source candidates using a wide range of tools and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within their CRM system ensuring data is well-organised and correctly coded
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines and progress for all assigned roles
 
Requirements:
 
  • Prior experience in recruitment, B2B sales, telesales, retail within a sales environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.
  • Energetic and positive approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to learning and becoming a sector expert.
