JOB TITLE: Property Solicitor                  
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+       
LOCATION: North Yorkshire                 
SALARY: £30,000+ (DOE)

OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied caseload across agricultural, commercial and residential property
• Handle farm and land transactions, grazing licences and development projects
• Advise on commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters
• Deal with residential conveyancing and general title issues (easements, boundaries etc.)
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients in the agricultural and rural sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development and the continued growth of the property team
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service
• NQ or several years’ post-qualification experience considered
• Experience handling complex property transactions
• Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
• Ability to engage effectively with a diverse agricultural and rural client base
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, organised and able to manage a varied workload independently
• Ideally local to one of the firm’s offices
