JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer (In-House)
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: West Midlands, Hybrid (2 days in office)
SALARY: £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits

ROLE: A leading UK organisation in the travel and leisure infrastructure sector is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to support a broad range of real estate matters across its national estate. This is a hands-on in-house role involving lease work, land rights, estate management and general commercial property transactions. Key Responsibilities include;
  • Handling commercial leases, wayleaves, land rights agreements and related contracts.
  • Advising on title, access, planning and regulatory issues affecting property matters.
  • Working closely with landlords, commercial partners, statutory bodies and internal teams.
  • Ensuring compliance and supporting efficient delivery of property projects.
CANDIDATE:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
  • Experience in commercial property.
  • Understanding of planning, land rights and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Confident drafter and negotiator with strong stakeholder skills.
  • Commercially minded and able to work independently.
