JOB TITLE: Conveyancing Legal Secretary
LOCATION: Wiltshire
SALARY: £Excellent

THE ROLE:
As the appointed conveyancing secretary, you will be providing secretarial and administrative support to conveyancing fee earners. You will be liaising with clients, audio typing, diary management as well as supporting the team with general office duties. You will also be handling client queries with professionalism and discretion.

LEGAL SECRETARY:
You will have at least 1 years’ experience in working within a legal practice in a secretarial capacity. The successful candidate will have proven conveyancing experience and possess excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. In addition, you will have proficient IT skills and a professional manner along with excellent communication skills.
