Recruitment Resourcer, 1+ Years experience, West Midlands, £35,000+ (DOE) - If you love connecting with people, keeping processes running smoothly, and being at the heart of a great candidate experience, this could be your perfect next step. JOB REF:1880.
THE ROLE:
• Acting as a first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, professional experience
• Managing job adverts across websites, job boards, and social media platforms
• Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and supporting Recruitment Executives and hiring managers
• Creating and updating job descriptions and benchmarking roles against the market
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Recruitment Resourcers or Administrators with a minimum of 1 Years previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills, friendly, approachable, and professional
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• You will have previous experience of using job boards and social media to source candidates
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
