Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor (Ad Hoc Annual Leave Cover)
Location: Surrey (Fully Office-Based)
Duration: 1–2 Weeks per Assignment (Ongoing Ad Hoc Cover)

Overview:
Our client, a well-established firm based in Surrey, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor to provide ad hoc annual leave cover throughout the year. The firm anticipates its busiest period to be in August, though additional short-term cover may be required at other times.

Responsibilities:
• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity independently.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth progress of matters.
• Maintaining compliance with the firm’s procedures and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Able to work independently and manage files with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and client care skills.
• Availability for short-term assignments (1–2 weeks), fully office-based in Surrey.
