• Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join a reputable firm on a locum, ad-hoc basis
• Undertake a varied caseload of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance transactions
• Provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice to a range of commercial clients, maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for client care and technical excellence
• Work flexibly on an as-needed basis, with remote working available
• Ideal for a solicitor with solid technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
