Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Cheshire, up to c£50,000 – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:1602.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• You will be joining a close-knit and supportive property team, handling a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with secretarial support.
• Your caseload will include Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Easements, transfers of equity and lease extensions and related transactions.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a caseload independently
• Commercial and agricultural property experience is advantageous but not essential
