Corporate Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Hampshire, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a well-established, forward-thinking law firm with a strong regional presence and a growing portfolio of high-calibre corporate clients. JOB REF:0769

• Are you a Corporate Solicitor with between 2-5 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in your career?
• Do you want to join a firm with genuine career progression, where you will become a valued member of staff?
• In this new role you will play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, supporting partners and senior solicitors with complex transactions and taking the lead where appropriate.
• You will engage in a broad range of corporate legal work, including drafting articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.
• You will need to have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment
