THE ROLE:
A leading regional law firm is keen to expand their real estate disputes team through the appointment of a Property Litigation Solicitor with up to 5 years PQE. This is truly an exciting time to join a highly regarded team who operate across multiple offices, offering a broad caseload and excellent development opportunities. Joining a collaborative team, you will deal with a wide range of real estate disputes including commercial landlord and tenant matters such as leases renewals, break notices, dilapidations, land disputes including boundary disputes, rights of way, overage agreements and some residential possession claims.

THE CANDIDATE:
With a strong pipeline of work, the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will have experience in litigation or property related disputes. At the NQ level, we are keen to hear from candidates with strong litigation exposure, commercial awareness, and enthusiasm and drive to specialise in real estate disputes. For more experienced Property Litigation Solicitors, solid experience in real estate litigation is sought. A team player, committed to contributing to a collaborative and supportive working culture
