Employment Solicitor, West Midlands, 3+ Years PQE, up to c£85,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for a standout Employment Solicitor with healthcare sector experience to join a nationally recognised Healthcare Team. JOB REF: 0262.

THE ROLE:
• Advise on all aspects of employment law, including TUPE, tribunal claims, workforce strategy, grievances and restructures.
• Provide strategic HR support to healthcare clients, with a focus on corporate respondent work.
• Collaborate with colleagues in corporate, real estate, and regulatory disciplines to deliver holistic advice.
• Drive business development, thought leadership, and client relationship growth.
• Build and lead your area of practice with autonomy, but within a highly supportive environment.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE with proven experience advising healthcare clients on employment law.
• A natural business developer, ideally with a network or following within the sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
