RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £45-55,000 (DOE). The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• The firm are accepting applications from Qualified Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.

• You will be responsible for managing your own diverse caseload while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. You will provide clear, accurate legal advice and ongoing support throughout the conveyancing process.

• A thorough understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements is essential. You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional, detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

• The role offers a competitive starting salary with a review after six months, a discretionary bonus, private healthcare membership, 25 days of annual leave, and free parking.
