THE ROLE:
This is a key opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor at Partner or Senior Associate level to take the lead in a successful employment law team within a reputable, award-winning firm. You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, manage complex tribunal cases, draft and advise on employment documentation, and support corporate transactions involving TUPE and restructuring. You will take an active role in business development, nurturing existing client relationships and attracting new work to the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE in employment law. You must have proven expertise in handling a broad range of matters, excellent client care skills and ideally a track record of winning and retaining work. Experience mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business growth will be key. A following or portable client base is highly desirable.
