Cover Supervisor (RCT)

Are you confident leading a classroom and maintaining a strong learning environment? We’re looking for Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across RCT, stepping in when teachers are absent to deliver pre-planned lessons and manage the classroom.
If you’ve previously worked as a Cover Supervisor or have solid experience in school support roles such as an LSA, this could be your ideal next move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising lessons across a variety of subjects (no planning or marking required)
• Managing behaviour and keeping students on task
• Following school policies and reporting back to teaching staff

• Experienced Cover Supervisors looking for flexible work
• LSAs or individuals with classroom experience ready to take a step up
