Location: Cardiff City Centre
Part-Time | Temporary (August-October) | 24-32 Hours per week incl. Saturdays
£15.38 per hour

We are seeking a confident, motivated Temporary Sales Executive to help sell stunning, high-end apartments in Cardiff City Centre over a busy sales period this August to October.

This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for someone with sales experience and a passion for property to work with our client. You will be showcasing and selling luxury 1 to 3-bedroom apartments within a residential development.

About the Role:

• Temporary role from August through October
• Selling luxury 1-3 bed apartments in Cardiff's city centre
• Working part-time: 24 to 32 hours per week
• Includes Saturdays, with flexible weekday scheduling

The Role:

• Conduct viewings and guide buyers through the full sales journey
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the apartments, development, and local area
• Build rapport with prospective buyers and handle sales enquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads promptly
• Collaborate with the on-site team to support the success of the development

What we are looking for:

• Proven sales experience in any sector.
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Available to work throughout August, September, and October
