Job Title: HR Consultant
Contract Type: Temporary (until 31st March 2026)
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Location: Remote

Are you a skilled project management professional with a passion for transformational change and continuous improvement? We're recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation for an experienced HR Consultant to support a major People Transformation Programme.
In this high-impact role, you will lead strategic change projects and provide expert guidance to enhance performance, processes, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects within a transformational change programme
• Apply continuous improvement techniques (Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt) to improve organisational processes
• Develop, manage, and interpret dashboards to support data-led decisions
• Produce high-quality written reports and documentation for internal and external audiences
• Facilitate workshops and present complex ideas in a clear, accessible manner
• Influence strategy, policy development, and change management initiatives
• Mentor and support teams in embedding best practices across projects

Key Requirements

• Recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM)
• Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement experience
• Proven track record of delivering transformational or organisational change
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a matrixed and collaborative environment
• Experience within the public sector is desirable but not essential
