Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive/Sales Administrative to work for a leading company based in Kidderminster, the company are going through a growth period and are looking to bring on an individual who can help continue with the growth plans.

The main duties:
  • Identify and develop new and existing customer sources to develop successful referring relationships.
  •  Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
  •  Achieve revenue goals.
  •  Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
  •  Assist the sales team in all administration duties.
  •  Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  •  Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  •  Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  •  Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  •  Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  •  Potential to go out to visit customers both new and existing

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  •  Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  •  Highly motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  •  Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills.
