Job Description

We are recruiting an Internal Account Manager/Sales Administrator to work for a key client based in Wednesbury.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that our clients desired needs and requirements are met at all times maintaining a positive relationship for future business.

The main duties will be:

" Build good working relationships with clients while keeping them informed of outstanding works
" Provide and manage good customer service with clients and customers
" Record well detailed accurate information when logging and updating jobs
" Raising quotations (for cover)
" Raising Purchase orders
" Managing and producing Work in Progress reports
" Allocating engineers (for cover)
" Arranging returns of faulty parts
" Cover other team members when required
" Dealing with general queries
" Chasing outstanding repairs with Subcontractors
" Logging and monitoring warranty calls
" Policing/checking Planned Preventative Maintenance documentation (for cover)

The candidate will have the following skills :
" A good eye for detail
" Work on their own initiative while working well as a team
" Computer literate
" Good communication skills
" Customer service focused
" Team player

40 Hour week (with 30 Mins lunch)
Monday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Tues, Wed, Thurs 8.30 - 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
A second day of early shift on a rota

In return the client will offer a salary of £27393.60, a family feel environment and full product support and training.
