Job Title: Bilingual Administrator (French & English)

Location: Birmingham

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrator who is fluent in both French and English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across the business in both French and English.
  • Confidently use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings via Outlook Calendar.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and manage telephone communications.
  • Support with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Use SAP or similar systems to support administrative and operational tasks (experience preferred).
  • Prioritize and manage workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Strong IT skills, with confidence in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
