Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator in Swansea.

Role Summary
The Logistics Coordinator will manage all site logistics activities to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery. This includes overseeing freight, transport, production and shipment scheduling, customer dispatch portals, and the PGI process, while supporting manufacturing requirements and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage plant logistics, freight (including export), and transportation
Schedule production and shipments to meet customer demand
Operate customer dispatch portals and manage the PGI process
Coordinate subcontracted outwork and transport
Maintain logistics documentation and support continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Experience in logistics, scheduling, or production planning
Proficient in SAP ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office

Pay: £20.45 per hour
Shifts: 6am – 6pm, 4 on 4 off. If a shift falls on Saturday, finish is 16:30.
