The Academy – Our Graduate’s Highlights

In January 2014, we took on six new graduates into our Academy programme. Three months later, Alex Chinea, Raminder Lelli, Chris Jackson, Chris Reynolds, Ben de la Fosse and Stuart Loveday graduated as Recruitment Consultants and have been working up a storm ever since.

“My highlight moment in the last year has got to be making a placement with a graduate engineer. Whilst it may not have been the highest monetary return, it was more the candidate’s reaction and genuine gratitude which made it the most memorable.”

“A major highlight for me in 2014 was joining the company, taking part and then eventually winning the academy. I had a lot of early success, in week two I placed an engineer who was at the time very worried and stressed because they was being made redundant. Being able to coach, guide and inform this engineer of the market and then connect them with their new employer, made me realise I actually could be a recruitment consultant and how rewarding it was to help people secure a new career.”
