Job Description

Do you have strong procurement analysis skills? Are you a motivated and career driven graduate? We are currently searching for a Procurement Specialist to join a Procurement Consultancy in Central London.

You will play an essential role within this Consultancy to assist on unique client based projects. You will also work with Managers and Senior Managers in other business activities in the delivery of the complete procurement process.


• Creating reports and presentations

• Evaluating and managing contracts and recommending suppliers

• Building relationships and managing stakeholders and suppliers

• Being innovative and motivated in your approach to complete procurement activities and meet client expectations

• Using findings to create cost reduction improvements

• Working alongside large clients to collate information and analyse their spend


Highly strategic: You will be asked to work multiple projects at multiple speeds, and it'll be your job to prioritise and figure out where and how to focus your limited time and energy.

Effective influencer: Your job will be challenging, and you will need to be able to influence suppliers and senior stake holders to produce positive outcomes for all parties.

Strong negotiator: You will be supporting negotiations with suppliers; it's imperative that you're effective at securing key suppliers that are motivated and add value to the organisation.

Analytical mindset: You will be responsible for planning and analysing the best suppliers on the market that meet the business's needs, and will need to be able to bring data powered arguments for supplier selection and risk mitigation to your stakeholders.

Self-motivating: You understand the importance of making an impression within a company with fantastic progression and growth opportunities. You are able to to motivate yourself and manage your time effectively.

Team oriented: You will need to work with procurement managers, senior procurement managers, finance, key stakeholders as well as a variety of individuals within the business that won't necessary be part of the team you will support.

A great communicator: Your verbal and written communication skills will have the ability to engage and encourage stakeholders and suppliers, you have a professional and driven approach that demands results.

Degree educated: A degree or similar qualification is required.
