Are you a detail orientated professional looking for a career in procurement? Do you want to join a team with huge potential, supporting the activity for an exciting procurement department? The successful applicant will be expected to have a hands on approach to processes and systems, combined with excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal capabilities.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Assisting with a variety of procurement projects

• Proactive analysis of spend data and contractual terms and conditions

• Assist with the continual review and value from existing suppliers

• Maintain and analyse statistics on all procurement activities

• Issuing contract change notices

• Auditing

• Solving queries


• Strong communication skills

• Strong writing skills

• Good attention to detail

• Strong organisational skills

• Hardworking

• Proactive and positive

• Competent Excel user

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
