Procurement People sets itself apart from other recruitment agencies I’ve had experience with through 2 distinct ways. Firstly, the dialogue and advice is constant throughout the process of initial discussion and potential roles, putting the candidate forward, moving to interviews, securing an offer and final negotiation, acceptance and contract signing. Any handovers (e.g. from Account Manager to Consultant) are seamless so at no stage was I having to chase for information. Other agencies I’ve used are strong in certain areas and weak in others. Procurement People clearly put time and effort into the end-to-end. It really helps that they also know what they are talking about, being specialists in the procurement job market.
